2006-04-28 - Décision de télécom CRTC 2005-6-1 Dans le présent erratum, le Conseil apporte diverses corrections à la décision Services de réseau numérique propres aux concurrents, Décision de télécom CRTC 2005-6, 3 février 2005. 2005-02-03 - Décision de télécom CRTC 2005-6 Le Conseil énonce les conclusions qu'il a tirées dans l'instance amorcée par l'avis Instance portant sur le service d'accès au réseau numérique propre aux concurrents, Avis public de télécom CRTC 2002-4, 9 août 2002. Le Conseil conclut que dans le cadre des services de réseau numérique propres aux concurrents (RNC), les entreprises de services locaux titulaires (ESLT) doivent fournir aux concurrents les services et installations suivants : accès et liaisons RNC, RNC intracirconscription, multiplexage de central, intercirconscription métropolitain ne faisant pas l'objet d'une abstention, liaisons de co implantation sur fibre et sur cuivre et autres liaisons de raccordement au central. Le Conseil classe également chacun des services RNC soit comme Service des concurrents de catégorie I, soit comme Service des concurrents de catégorie II, et il détermine le traitement tarifaire approprié de chaque service. Finalement, le Conseil établit les tarifs, modalités et conditions qui s'appliquent aux services RNC, ainsi que la compensation qu'il convient de verser aux ESLT qui fournissent des services RNC aux concurrents. 2003/03/27 - Avis public de télécom CRTC 2003-3 Le Conseil sollicite des observations sur le plan de rajustement tarifaire pour la qualité du service de détail pour les clients des services de résidence et d'affaires ainsi que sur des questions connexes. De plus, le Conseil invite le public à se prononcer sur la méthode qu'il convient d'utiliser à l'égard du processus de vérification pour s'assurer que les entreprises de services locaux titulaires fassent rapport de façon uniforme et exacte des résultats de la qualité du service et des rajustements tarifaires.
