2003-06-20 - Décision de télécom CRTC 2003-39  - Norouestel Inc. - Examen annuel initial du financement supplémentaire. Le Conseil approuve le plan d'amélioration de service révisé de Norouestel de 71,1 millions de dollars et il juge raisonnable le plan d'immobilisations de 159 millions de dollars que la compagnie a proposé pour 2002 à 2005. Le Conseil approuve également son plan d'accès sans frais d'interurbain à Internet ainsi qu'une partie de son plan relatif aux services de gestion des appels. Par suite des conclusions qu'il a tirées dans la présente décision, le Conseil approuve de façon définitive, à l'égard de Norouestel, un financement supplémentaire de 13,4 millions de dollars pour 2002. Le Conseil approuve également pour 2003 un financement supplémentaire provisoire révisé de 13,4 millions de dollars. Référence : 8695-C12-19/02.
