The CRTC has created four consumer protection codes (the Wireless Code, the Internet Code, the Deposit and Disconnection Code, and the Television Service Provider Code) that set out Canadians’ rights and responsibilities, and what they can expect from their service providers.

We are seeking your comments on bringing these existing protections into a single code. The CRTC aims to make consumer protections clearer and more consistent for Canadians.
