What is RSS?
RSS feeds are a great way to stay connected with the latest news and information from your favourite websites. This Rich Site Summary (RSS), or as some refer to it, Real Simple Syndication technology, allows you to receive updates from multiple sources in one place, without having to visit each website individually. RSS feeds are customizable, so you can choose to receive updates only from specific sources or on specific topics. RSS feeds can make it easier to stay informed.

How to receive or read RSS feeds
All you need is an Internet-enabled device such as a computer, tablet, or smartphone, and an RSS feed reader or aggregator. There are many free and paid RSS feed readers available online, which you can download and install as extensions in your web browser or directly on your device.
Once you have a feed reader, you can subscribe to RSS feeds from your favourite websites by copying the feed URL and pasting it into your reader. The reader will then automatically pull in updates from that feed and display them in one place for you to read. Some popular RSS feed readers include Feedly, Inoreader, and NewsBlur.
