The E-Library supports the research and decision-making activities of the CRTC. We do not provide on-site consultation.
Our collection is a reference tool of the Government of Canada. It consists of CRTC publications and publications from federal departments, among others. It contains materials on broadcasting, telecommunications, legislation, regulation and new media in both electronic and print formats.
Federal Departments and Federal Employees
Generally, we only loan our publications to federal departments, using an interlibrary loan service, and to CRTC employees.
Members of the public and other institutions
We provide copies of the CRTC’s Decisions, Notices and Orders to members of the public.
We also provide publications if:
- it is in a PDF format
- file size and copyright permit it
We are open Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. (Eastern Time) except for statutory holidays.
