Section 1a) Avis public, Décisions, etc.

2005-03-24 - Décision de télécom CRTC 2005-17 Le Conseil finalise le plan de rajustement tarifaire pour la qualité du service (QS) de détail des grandes entreprises de services locaux titulaires. Les crédits payables aux clients aux termes du plan doivent être mis en oeuvre avant le 30 juin de chaque année pour les clients inscrits au 31 mai. Aucun changement n'est apporté aux 13 indicateurs QS utilisés dans le plan de rajustement tarifaire provisoire QS et la valeur totale maximum du rajustement continue d'être fixée à 5 % des revenus des services locaux. Le tableau de rajustement à la norme utilisé pour calculer le rajustement tarifaire pour chaque indicateur QS est simplifié. De plus, une exigence de rajustement tarifaire est ajoutée au cas où un indicateur QS est manqué pendant cinq mois ou plus au cours d'une année, mais est supérieur au niveau de rendement moyen minimal pour l'année. Un mécanisme de vérification est établi et des exigences de communication sont également définies. Référence : 8660-C12-200303751.
