Description: This Tariff Update is to correct the rates for TELUS’ Access Services Tariff CRTC 25082, Item 4.03, Installations de liaison de raccordement de central Ethernet (the “Service”). In accordance with the Commission determination in Telecom Order CRTC 2007-20, paragraph 100, the Service is a Category I competitor service, which is subject to annual I-X adjustments. However, it has come to TELUS’ attention that the Service had been inadvertently excluded from annual I-X adjustments due to an administrative oversight. TELUS is therefore filing the updated tariff page to reflect the correct rates for the Service. The Attachment of this Tariff Update provides details on the calculations of the historical and current rates for the Service.
