2201 Refer to the response to interrogatory Rogers(CRTC)8Aug06-1202. For the years 2005 to 2007, provide the following information for each region in which the company operates or plans to operate:
2401 Provide the Competitors' view, with supporting rationale, on mandated residential local rate increases in high-cost areas in order to reduce the National Subsidy Requirement and the contribution collection revenue-percent charge.
