2003/07/14 - Décision de télécom CRTC 2003-47 Le Conseil établit que la condition de revente obligatoire prévue dans la décision Demande concernant l'accès des fournisseurs de services Internet aux installations de télécommunications d'entreprises de câblodistribution titulaires, Décision Télécom CRTC 99-11, 14 septembre 1999 (la décision 99-11) s'applique au service Internet (SI) allégé. Par conséquent, le rabais de 25 % obligatoire établi dans la Décision 99-11 s'applique au SI allégé de détail, à compter de la date de la présente décision, et ce, jusqu'à ce que l'accès aux installations de télécommunication sous jacentes servant à la fourniture du SI allégé de détail soit offert aux termes de tarifs approuvés.
