2003/07/11 - Décision de télécom CRTC 2003-33-1 Erratum : Décision de télécom CRTC 2003-33-1. Le Conseil apporte des corrections au paragraphe 49 de la décision Clauses de confidentialité des entreprises canadiennes, Décision de télécom CRTC 2003-33, 30 mai 2003. 2003/05/30 - Décision de télécom CRTC 2003-33 Clauses de confidentialité des entreprises canadiennes. Le Conseil conclut que le consentement implicite n'est pas un type approprié de consentement pour la divulgation des renseignements confidentiels sur les clients. Toutefois, le Conseil juge qu'il y a lieu de prévoir d'autres formes de consentement explicite en plus du consentement écrit actuellement exigé. De plus, le Conseil ordonne à toutes les entreprises canadiennes de justifier, comme condition pour fournir le service à tous les revendeurs qui ne sont pas visés actuellement par les exigences en matière de confidentialité, pourquoi elles ne devraient pas inclure dans leurs contrats de service avec ces revendeurs l'obligation pour ces derniers de respecter les mêmes exigences en matière de confidentialité que les entreprises. 2002/04/24 - Ordonnance de frais de Télécom CRTC 2002-4 Le Conseil approuve la demande d'adjudication de frais d'Action Réseau Consommateur (ARC), l'Association des consommateurs du Canada, la Fédération des associations coopératives d'économie familiale et l'Organisation nationale anti-pauvreté (ARC et autres) dans cette instance.
