2004/04/22 - Décision de télécom CRTC 2004-27 - Le Conseil ordonne à toutes les entreprises canadiennes, comme condition pour fournir des services de télécommunication, d'inclure dans leurs contrats de service ou autres arrangements avec des revendeurs l'obligation pour ceux-ci de respecter les clauses de confidentialité approuvées dans la décision de télécom CRTC 2003-33, et modifiée dans la Décision de télécom CRTC 2003-33-1, et dans des décisions antérieures. Ces clauses de confidentialité s'appliquent, à compter de la date de la présente décision, à tous les contrats de service et autres arrangements en vigueur conclus entre des entreprises canadiennes et des revendeurs, peu importe que les clauses soient incluses ou non dans les contrats de service ou autres arrangements conclus par ces revendeurs.
