CISC Administrative Guidelines
Appendix 3 - Contributions
Parties will make contributions in respect of tasks undertaken by WGs, indeed, it is by way of contributions that progress will be achieved. The contributions must be acknowledged, recorded and associated with the appropriate task.
Contributions will normally be accepted while a task is current and underway. At some point, the WG may determine that it is appropriate to cease accepting Contributions. Cessation of acceptance can occur (1) when the task is substantively complete in a consensus environment; (2) as may be dictated by the deadlines agreed to by a majority of the parties of the WG responsible for the task.
