- Code used are:
a)
In cases where the structure is CCTTCCXX.EXT, the following applies:
i)
CC = Committee or Working-Group identifier (see below)
ii)
TT = Type of document (see above)
iii)
WG = Destination Working-Group identifier
iv)
XX = a sequence number assigned by the Sub-Group chair
v)
EXT = is the extension for the file, DOC for Word, XLS for Excel etc.
b)
In cases where the structure is CCTTXXXY.EXT, the following applies:
i)
CC = Committee or Working-Group identifier (see below)
ii)
TT = Type of document (see above)
iii)
XXX = a sequence number assigned by the Working Group chair (for Reports the XXX should be the same as the TIF reported on) and
iv)
Y = the version (e.g., A, B, C…)
v)
EXT = is the extension for the file (DOC for Word, XLS for Excel, etc.)
c)
In cases where the structure is CCTTYYSS.EXT, the following applies:
i)
CC = Committee or Working-Group identifier (see below)
ii)
TT = Type of document (see above)
iii)
YY = Last two digits of the year
iv)
SS = A sequence number beginning at 01 each year (for 1997, meetings after 1 June)
v)
EXT = is the extension for the file (DOC for Word, XLS for Excel, etc.)
