2004-02-14 - Décision de télécom CRTC 2004-8 - Le Conseil conclut que Bell Canada a accordé une compensation adéquate aux clients qu'elle a pu retracer et qui se sont vu surfacturer pour des appareils de ligne collective. Le Conseil conclut également que Bell Canada a fait un effort raisonnable pour essayer de trouver les clients surfacturés qu'elle n'a pas réussi à retracer. Le Conseil fait remarquer que dorénavant, Bell Canada doit rembourser intégralement, avec intérêts, tous les clients qui se manifestent ou qu'elle retrace. Référence : 8661-P8-02/02.
