2005-07-29 - Ordonnance de télécom CRTC 2005-284 Le Conseil rejette une demande présentée par Bell Canada le 17 mars 2003, et modifiée le 30 juin, le 30 septembre et le 23 octobre 2003, concernant les services fournis dans le cadre d'arrangements personnalisés dont les numéros de contrats sont P3A-20 et P3A-21 et il ordonne à la compagnie d'appliquer aux installations offertes aux termes de ces contrats l'article 5030, Service métropolitain haute vitesse, du Tarif général, et ce, à compter du 10 juillet 2003. Le Conseil conclut que les tarifs accompagnant les arrangements personnalisés (AP) déposés par Bell Canada conformément à la directive du Conseil dans la décision Mesures de protection à l'égard des affiliées des titulaires, groupements effectués par Bell Canada et questions connexes, Décision de télécom CRTC 2002 76, 12 décembre 2002, ne répondent pas aux exigences du Conseil concernant les taux, les modalités et les conditions qui devraient être publiés dans les tarifs. Le Conseil établit les critères concernant le degré de détails que Bell Canada doit fournir dans les tarifs accompagnant les AP et ordonne à Bell Canada de soumettre à nouveau les tarifs proposés pour approbation.
