webcast, to

Definition: To use the Internet to broadcast live or delayed audio and/or video transmissions, much like traditional television and radio broadcasts. Essentially, webcasting is "broadcasting" over the Internet. In order to combat audience fragmentation caused by new media, many broadcasters have responded by streaming their over-the-air radio stations.
