- Definition
- Provides consumers with the ability to store and view archived or real-time content on media devices such as PCs, mobile phones or other Internet connected devices. An example is the SlingBox, which enables a subscriber with access to a high-speed connection to access his or her digital set-top box at home from anywhere in the world to view whatever programming is available with that set-top.
