Proposed changes to the Consumer Protection Code Working Document should improve clarity and flow, eliminate redundancies, and ensure that consumer protections apply in a consistent and reasonable manner across retail services.
If possible, please consider the Consumer Protection Code Working Document in Appendix 1 as needed when answering the questions.
The Commission is looking to make the consumer protections for communications services clearer and more consistent by combining them into a unified Code.
