  Application by Multivan Broadcast Corporation (the general partner), and 650504 B.C. Ltd., Douglas M. Holtby, Geoffrey Y.W. Lau, Robert H. Lee, Joseph Segal and RCG Forex Service Corp. (the limited partners), carrying on business as Multivan Broadcast Limited Partnership ( Multivan LP) (collectively the applicant), for authority to effect a corporate reorganization that affects the ownership of the ethnic television programming undertaking CHNM-TV Vancouver (also referred to as Channel M) and its related transmitter in Victoria, British Columbia, as well as the digital television undertaking CHNM-DT Vancouver and its related transmitter in Victoria, British Columbia, and for new licences to continue its operations.
  This corporate reorganization will be effected, as contemplated in the current Partnership Agreement of Multivan LP, through the transfer of the partnership interest currently owned by 650504 B.C. Ltd. (a corporation wholly-owned and controlled by Art Reitmayer) to Art Reitmayer and through the transfer of the partnership interest currently owned by RCG Forex Service Corp. (a corporation wholly-owned and controlled by James Ho) toMainstream Broadcasting Corporation (another corporation controlled by James Ho).
  As a result, the effective control will remain unchanged as it will continue to be exercised by the general partner of Multivan LP, Multivan Broadcast Corporation.
  The applicant is requesting the issuance of new licences to the new partners after the above transaction, being the Multivan Broadcast Corporation (the general partner), and Art Reitmayer, Douglas M. Holtby, Geoffrey Y.W. Lau, Robert H. Lee, Joseph Segal and Mainstream Broadcasting Corporation (the limited partners), carrying on business as Multivan Broadcast Limited Partnership, to continue the operation of the undertakings under the same terms and conditions as those set out in Decision CRTC 2002-39 and as amended in Broadcasting Decisions CRTC 2003-191, 2003-594, 2005-485, 2005-572 and 2006-56, upon surrender of the current licences.

  A true copy must be sent to the applicant and proof that this has been done must accompany the intervention sent to the Commission.
  The Commission advises those who file and serve by electronic mode to exercise caution when using e-mail for service of documents or notification, as it may be difficult to establish that service has occurred.
  Before initiating service through electronic mode, please ensure that you will be able to satisfy the Commission, upon request, that service of the notification was completed.
