The application (199609377) by GVL on behalf of CF Câble TV inc. (CF Câble) seeks authority to transfer effective control of CF Câble and its subsidiaries to Vidéotron ltée. This transfer of control is in the context of the proposed corporate reorganization, in order to group all the cable television activities under one corporate branch.
