Further to its Notice of Public Hearing CRTC 1996-12 dated 4 October 1996 relating to its public hearing commencing on 2 December 1996, at the Holiday Inn Select, 99 Viger Avenue, Montréal, Quebec, the Commission announces the following:

Application (199608121) by CÂBLEVISION HSL-SDM INC., 8285 Pelletier Boulevard, Brossard, Quebec, J4X 1P6:

a) for a broadcasting licence to carry on a (cable) distribution undertaking to serve the Trailer Court of Domaine Val-Boisé; and
|
|
b) to be relieved, by condition of licence, from the requirement that it distribute the priority service of CFTU-TV (IND) Montréal, Quebec, pursuant to paragraph 22(1)(b) of the Cable Television Regulations, 1986.
