a proposal under the heading “Next Steps to Resolve the Dispute Between the
Parties”. Under the terms of the Respondent’s proposed “Next Steps”, the parties
would engage in dispute resolution, pursuant to Broadcasting and Telecom Information
Bulletin CRTC 2009-39. The Respondents proposed that during such process, our
client’s Part VII Application would be suspended.
