Dear Mr. Lewis and Mr. Abramson:

Re:   Atria Networks LP - Application to access the multi-dwelling unit at
160 Elgin Street, Ottawa, ON

On 13 May 2010, Atria Networks LP (Atria) filed a Part VII application with the Commission, pursuant to the CRTC Telecommunications Rules of Procedure, requesting access to the multi-dwelling unit (MDU) at 160 Elgin Street, Ottawa, ON owned by
160 Elgin Portfolio Inc. and managed by H&R Property Management Ltd
(the Respondents).

On 20 May 2010, Commission staff issued a letter requiring the Respondents to file their response on 21 May 2010, and Atria to file its reply on 26 May 2010.

On 21 May 2010, McCarthy Tétrault, counsel to the Respondents, provided a response to Atria’s application.

On 26 May 2010, Atria filed a letter with the Commission requesting an extension to 28 May 2010 to file their reply.

In the circumstances, the requested two day extension for the filing of the Atria’s
above-noted reply is considered reasonable.  Accordingly Atria is required to file its reply on 28 May 2010.

Documents to be filed and served in accordance with the above process are to be received, not merely sent, by the date indicated.  Copies of the documents should also be sent to the following email address: kevin.pickell@crtc.gc.ca.

Yours sincerely,
