(CCSA) Part VII application dated 2 April 2007 requesting that the Commission provide relief related to the obligation established in Telecom Decision CRTC 97-8, 1 May 1997 to require competitive local exchange carriers (CLECs) to obtain at least one Central Office code (NXX) for each incumbent local exchange carrier (ILEC) exchange where the CLEC is relying on the underlying Local Exchange Carrier (LEC) for use of their switching infrastructure and the corresponding interconnections to the public-switched telephone network (PSTN).
