Description: In Telecom Decision CRTC 2007-6 (“Decision 2007-6”), issued on February 2, 2007, the Commission determined that effective February 3, 2005, TELUS Communications Company (“TELUS” or the “Company”) would not be permitted to apply retail DNA link
charges for links used in association with a CDN service, and that TELUS was to rebate affected competitors consistent with its Terms of Service. TELUS was also directed in Decision 2007-6 to provide a supporting document to competitors and the Commission setting out the amounts of the rebates.
