Mr. Willie Grieve Dear Mr. Grieve, Re: Part VII Application by Rogers Wireless Partnership: Clarification on the Applicability of Retail Digital Network Access (DNA) Link Charges on Competitor Digital Network (CDN) Facilities On 22 February 2006 , interrogatories were addressed to Aliant Telecom inc., Bell Canada, MTS Allstream Inc., Saskatchewan Telecommunications and TELUS Communications Company. (TELUS), with regard to the above referenced application. The companies were requested to provide their respective answers, including any supporting information, by 24 March 2006 . On 24 March 2006 , TELUS informed the Commission that it was unable to meet the 24 March 2006 deadline as it was, at that time, continuing to finalize its responses to the interrogatories. TELUS requested an extension until 31 March 2006 , for it to submit detailed final responses. Commission staff agrees with TELUS' requested extension to file its responses by 31 March 2006 . Yours Sincerely, 'Original signed by Robert Martin'
Robert Martin
