2003/09/19 - Telecom Decision CRTC 2003-62  The Commission determines that MTS Communications Inc. (MTS) is responsible for the costs of the conditioning equipment, and its installation and maintenance, necessary to provide digital Centrex service to an Allstream Corp. customer following an MTS-initiated network reconfiguration. The Commission also initiates a follow-up proceeding to consider procedures for the implementation of network reconfigurations that affect competitors, and the responsibility of affected carriers for the costs incurred as a result of a network reconfiguration.
