Description : Bell Aliant is in receipt of two interventions from CNOC regarding our revisions to General Tariff 21491, Item 626 – ADSL Access Service that were proposed in TN 468. Pursuant to the CRTC Rules of Practice and Procedure, CNOC submitted comments with respect to TN 468, but in addition submitted a separate request for disclosure of certain information contained in the economic cost study we filed in support of this TN. This letter addresses CNOC's disclosure request and also proposes an amended process for the review of this TN in light of the disclosure of some additional information as part of this reply.
