Description: Bell Aliant Bell Aliant and Bell Canada (collectively, the Companies) are in receipt of comments filed by CNOC, Allstream and Primus dated 19 July 2013 addressing the responses the Companies filed on 31 May 2013 and 5 July 2013 to Commission's requests for information. Those requests addressed the cost studies the Companies filed in support of the above-referenced TNs wherein the Companies proposed updates to the rates for their wholesale Aggregated High Speed Service Provider Interfaces (AHSSPIs) pursuant to Telecom Notice of Consultation CRTC 2013-80, Review of outstanding wholesale high-speed access service issues related to interface rates, optional upstream speed rates, and modem certification requirements (TNC 2013-80). Pursuant to the direction set out by Commission staff in a letter dated 21 June 2013, this represents the Companies' reply to those comments (which actually represent the second set of comments in the proceeding addressing the Companies' AHSSPI rates).

Specifically, CNOC is requesting an extension of the associated filing date from 21 June 2013 to 8 July 2013, due to the absence of a critical resource. CNOC also states that it does not object to a corresponding extension of the filing date for the reply comments that may be filed by the Companies and Telus Communications Company (TCC) in response to the comments that CNOC will file.
