The Commission approves on an interim basis the following tariff applications. Revised tariff pages are to be issued[1] within 10 days of the date of this order.

[2] In this tariff notice, Persona Communications Inc. (Persona), informed the Commission that Bluewater Communications Inc. (Bluewater) had amalgamated with EastLink on 1 September 2012. Persona noted that it is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bragg Communications Inc., operating as EastLink. As such, Persona requested, among other things, that Bluewater’s General Tariff be replaced by EastLink’s General Tariff.
