Description: TBayTel filed Tariff Notice No. 151 (TN 151) on July 24, 2009, pursuant to Telecom Regulatory Policy CRTC 2009-40, Implementation of wireless Phase II E9-1-1 Service (the Decision). In TN 151 TBayTel proposed increases to its 9-1-1 Public Emergency Reporting Service (9-1-1 PERS) rates for both wireline and wireless carriers. TN 151 has also proposed to introduce Wireless Service Provider (WSP) Enhanced 9-1-1 Network Access Service (WSP E9-1-1). Rogers filed comments on the proposed tariff on November 4, 2009 due to concern over the much higher 9-1-1 PERS and WSP E9-1-1 rates proposed by TBayTel.
