Re: TBayTel Tariff Notice 151 – Interrogatory
On 13 January 2010, the Commission received responses to interrogatories concerning TBaytel’s Wireless Access Service and 9-1-1 Public Emergency Reporting Service. In order for Commission staff to better assess TBayTel’s proposed rates, further clarification regarding one of these responses is required.
In light of the above, Commission staff requests that TBaytel provide a response to the attached interrogatory by 16 February 2010. An abridged copy should be served on all parties involved.

With respect to the response to interrogatory TBayTel(CRTC)18December09-1 (Wireless Service Provider Enhanced 9-1-1 Network Access Service), part iii), the company provided an estimate of the annual costs for additional trunking to PSAPs through the Bell Network. Provide a detailed breakdown of the annual costs along with a description of the major components. Further provide the methodology and assumptions used to derive this annual cost, identifying any one-time development costs that were included.
