Dear Madams, Sirs:

Re: TBayTel Tariff Notice 151 – Interrogatory

On 13 January 2010, the Commission received responses to interrogatories concerning TBaytel’s Wireless Access Service and 9-1-1 Public Emergency Reporting Service. In order for Commission staff to better assess TBayTel’s proposed rates, further clarification regarding one of these responses is required.

In light of the above, Commission staff requests that TBaytel provide a response to the attached interrogatory by 16 February 2010. An abridged copy should be served on all parties involved.

Yours sincerely,
