Description : On 10 May 2013 Northwestel Inc. (“Northwestel”) advised the Commission that it would not
be able to file the 800 Service Origination Agreement between Northwestel and Globility
Communications Corporation (“Globility”) on the date committed to in its 18 April 2013 letter
as a result of a change requested by Globility. Northwestel further advised that the
Agreement would be filed on or before 17 May 2013.

(Northwestel) and Primus Telecommunications Company (Primus) acknowledge receipt of an intervention filed by Telus Communications Company (Telus) in the above-noted file dated 6 May 2013 (Telus Intervention). Northwestel and Primus further acknowledge a letter filed by Iristel on 9 May 2013 in support of the Telus Intervention. In its intervention, Telus challenges the Northwestel/Primus proposal to resolve outstanding issues that were referred back to the Commission by the Federal Court of Appeal for further consideration in Telus Communications Company v. Northwestel Inc. et al.1 Northwestel and Primus provide the following comments in reply.

(“Primus”) filed a letter with the Commission stating that to comply with the judgment by the Federal Court of Appeal (“FCA”) (2013 FCA 44) dated 15 February 2013 (“the Judgment), Northwestel and Primus would file with the Commission by 10 May 2013, an 800 Service Origination Agreement between Northwestel Inc., and Globility Communications Corporation, a registered Canadian Carrier affiliated with Primus for approval under section 29 of the Telecommunications Act.
