Description: DAVE Wireless was the high bidder for certain AWS spectrum licences in Industry Canada's 2008 auction. In February 2009, Industry Canada issued the spectrum licences to the company following a comprehensive review of the Canadian ownership and control of the company.The review applied the requirements of section 10 of the Radiocommunication Regulations under the Radiocommunication Act.
