Le Conseil ordonne également à ces compagnies de publier des tarifs modifiés à l'égard des lignes d'accès LAN afin de supprimer la restriction voulant que leur service d'accès LAN ne soit offert aux fournisseurs de services concurrents qu'avec le SLB d'affaires fourni aux clients finals d'une entreprise de services locaux titulaire.
