2003/12/22 - Décision de télécom CRTC 2003-85 Le Conseil ordonne à Bell Canada et à TELUS Communications Inc. d'aviser les clients du service d'affaires à tarif fixe assujettis à des contrats de durée minimale, (i) 60 jours avant l'échéance du contrat, que le contrat peut être renouvelé automatiquement, et (ii) dans les 35 jours suivant le renouvellement automatique, que le contrat a été renouvelé et que le client peut résilier le contrat sans pénalité dans les 30 jours suivant la date de l'avis de renouvellement.
