2004/03/22 - Décision de télécom CRTC 2004-19 Le Conseil rejette la demande de Call-Net Enterprises Inc. voulant que les entreprises de services locaux titulaires (ESLT) déposent un tarif qui donnerait aux entreprises de services locaux concurrentes (ESLC) l'option d'obtenir un délai moyen pour régler des dérangements de quatre heures, dans le cas des lignes locales louées. Par ailleurs, lorsqu'il existe des lignes d'appoint équivalentes aux lignes défectueuses, le Conseil ordonne aux ESLT d'offrir aux ESLC un délai moyen pour régler des dérangements de sept heures pour les lignes louées à partir du début des vérifications coordonnées entre les techniciens de l'ESLT et de l'ESLC.
