2002/08/09 - Décision télécom CRTC 2002-47 - Vidéotron ltée (Vidéotron) a déposé auprès du Conseil une demande en révision et modification de l'ordonnance CRTC 2001-92 afin que les règles de reconquête prévues au paragraphe 15 de l'ordonnance cessent de s'appliquer ou, sinon, qu'elles soient imposées à tous les fournisseurs de service Internet grande vitesse de détail dotés d'installations et établis dans le territoire d'exploitation de Vidéotron. Dans la présente décision, le Conseil conclut que Vidéotron n'a pas réussi à prouver qu'il existe un doute réel quant à la rectitude de l'ordonnance CRTC 2001-92 et, par conséquent, il rejette la demande.
