Section 5 - Responses to Interrogatories
Section 8 - Miscellaneous Documents
Section 1a) Public Notice, Decisions, etc.
2003/12/04 - Telecom Decision CRTC 2003-82 The Commission considers that the provisions of the Telecommunications Act, including section 43, do not contemplate that the Commission could issue a broad direction requiring parties to bring all existing municipal access arrangements (MAAs) into conformity with a set of guidelines similar to those articulated in Decision CRTC 2001-23. The Commission is prepared to consider applications from Canadian carriers seeking to establish that municipal consent was not obtained on terms acceptable to the carrier with the onus on the Canadian carrier applying to the Commission to establish that the signed MAA does not represent proof that the Canadian carrier has obtained, on terms acceptable to it, the consent of the municipality to construct a transmission line.
