Description: Pursuant to Part 1 of the CRTC Rules of Practice and Procedure ("the Rules") and sections 50 and 55 of the Telecommunications Act ("the Act"), L'Association des Compagnies de Telephone du Quebec Inc, on behalf of its nine member companies ("ACTQ") and the Ontario Telecommunications Association, on behalf of 21 of its member companies ("OTA") (collectively referred to herein as either "ACTQ/OTA" or "the Applicants") hereby apply for a stay of certain portions of Obligation to serve and other matters, Telecom Regulatory Policy CRTC 2011-291, dated 3 May 2011, and Telecom Regulatory Policy CRTC 2011-291-1, dated 12 May 2011 (collectively referred to herein as "TRP 2011-291").
