Description: In Telecom Decision CRTC 99-17, 9-1-1 Service – Rates for Wireless Service Providers, Centrex Customers and Multi-Line Customers/Manual Access to the Automatic Location Identification Database, as amended in Telecom Order CRTC 2000-630, Rates modified for province-wide 9-1-1 service, the Commission directed, among other things, that we recalculate our province-wide 9-1-1 rates on an annual basis. In addition, in Telecom Order CRTC 2009-375 dated 19 June 2009, and Telecom Order CRTC 2009-779 dated 15 December 2009, the Commission approved an incremental $0.04 rate adjustment to our monthly rates for enhanced 9-1-1 (E9-1-1) Service in the province of Manitoba and this incremental rate adjustment is added to the annual recalculated monthly rates for E9-1-1 Service to produce combined harmonized monthly rates for E9-1-1 Service. The Commission indicated that when this results in revised rates, they are to be filed by 1 December of each year.
