This letter is to inform you that the annual 9-1-1 rates reports are now published on the Commission website under ‘Other Telecom Filings’ under the new file number 8661-C12-202306745, which can be found here: https://crtc.gc.ca/otf/eng/2023/8661/8661_23.htm. Archived reports are also available at this link.
Starting in 2024, companies submitting annual 9-1-1 rates reports must reflect this new file number when filing documents.
These changes should facilitate access to the reports on the Commission’s website.
