List of service providers who have accessibility feedback processes
The Accessible Canada Act (ACA) requires regulated telecommunications and broadcasting service providers to establish a feedback process where consumers can communicate any barriers that they have encountered in dealing with them. The ACA also requires service providers to publish a description of that feedback process and notify us when it has been published.
Below is a list of service providers who have notified us that their feedback processes are available on their websites. If you don't see your service provider on the list and you believe that their deadline to notify us about their feedback process has passed, you can make a complaint to our support centre.
