The Commission notes that the broadcasting licence for your educational television service TFO mentioned in the subject is set to expire on 31 August 2023Footnote1 (decision CRTC 2015-406).
In order to proceed with the licence renewal for TFO, you must file form N°100, Application to renew a broadcasting licence for a Conventional, Community-based or Provincial educational television undertaking. To find the form, please visit the Commission website where you can find a list of all broadcasting forms at the following link: https://crtc.gc.ca/eng/forms/form_200.htm. Please file your renewal application and any supporting documents using the secure service “My CRTC Account” (Partner Log In or GCKey). To ensure sufficient time to deal with your file prior to your licence expiry, please submit your application and any supporting documents no later than 31 August 2022.
