Re: Responses to Request for Information regarding major telecommunications disruptions in the Atlantic provinces – Request for disclosure on the public record of certain information filed in confidence
The Commission has received a letter dated 30 September 2019 from Mr. Marc Nanni requesting disclosure of certain information filed in confidence by Bell Canada, TELUS Communications Inc., Bragg Communications Incorporated (Eastlink) and Rogers Communications Canada Inc. (the companies) in their respective responses to the Request for Information regarding major telecommunications disruptions in the Atlantic provinces, which they submitted on 18 September 2019.
In accordance with subsection 33(3) of the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission Rules of Practice and Procedure, the companies may each file a reply by 10 October 2019, serving a copy on Mr. Nanni.
Following the reply, Commission staff will make a determination on the request for disclosure.
