  Further to its Broadcasting Notices of Public Hearing CRTC 2008-3 dated 3 April 2008 and CRTC 2008-3-1 dated 29 April 2008,the Commission will also consider the following application:

  This application will be heard as an appearing item.

Application No. 2007-1897-6
  Application by Golden West Broadcasting Ltd. for a licence to operate an English-language FM commercial radio programming undertaking in Humboldt.
  The new station would operate on frequency 107.5 MHz (channel 298C1) with an average effective radiated power of 100,000 watts (non-directional antenna/effective antenna height of 164.1 metres).
  The applicant proposes a country music format.
  This application was first scheduled to be heard at a public hearing on 13 May 2008 (Notice of Public Hearing CRTC 2008-1, 14 March 2008) but was withdrawn to be rescheduled at a later date.
  The Commission will consider the interventions already received, accepted and filed on the public file for the 13 May 2008.
