This is further to the procedures set out in Unresolved issues related to the accessibility of telecommunications and broadcasting services for persons with disabilities , Broadcasting Notices of Public Hearing CRTC 2008-8, 2008-8-1, and 2008-8-2and Telecom Public Notices CRTC 2008-8, 2008-8-1, and 2008-8-2, 10 June 2008 and 24 July 2008 (Public Notice 2008-8).

Schedule A provides a revised list of parties approved to make an oral presentation at the public consultation. Schedule B provides a revised order of appearance for the public consultation.

Parties are asked, to the extent possible, to structure their submissions along the lines set out in the Commissions letter dated 6 October 2008.
