LetterOttawa, 7 July 2008 File No. : 8665-C12-200807828 To: Interested Parties to Telecom Public Notice CRTC 2008-7 Re: Review of the regulatory requirements to provide information to customers using various means of communications in light of Telecom Decision 2008-34, Telecom Public Notice CRTC 2008-7 - Request for extension Dear Sir or Madam: This letter is in response to the letter dated 3 July 2008 submitted to the Commission by the Public Interest Advocacy Centre on behalf of the Consumers' Association of Canada and National Anti-poverty Organization (the Consumer Groups), requesting an extension of 14 days to file comments and 10 days to file reply comments due to demands on resources. In a letter dated 4 July 2008 , SaskTel opposed the Consumer Groups' request. After reviewing the submissions, Commission staff considers that an extension to the deadline for the filing of comments and reply comments is appropriate. Commission staff therefore establishes the following revised schedule for all parties:
