  Application by Peace River Broadcasting Corporation Ltd. to amend the licence of radio programming undertaking CKKX-FM Peace River.
  The licensee proposes to add an FM transmitter at Manning to broadcast the programming of CKKX-FM, in order to improve the quality of the signal currently received in Manning.
  The transmitter would operate on frequency 92.1 MHz (channel 221A) with an effective radiated power of 950 watts (non-directional antenna/antenna height of -4.2 metres).
