  Further to its Broadcasting Public Notice CRTC 2005-39 dated 27 April 2005, the Commission announces the following:
  AT THE REQUEST OF THE APPLICANT, THE FOLLOWING ITEM IS WITHDRAWN FROM THIS PUBLIC NOTICE AND THE APPLICATION WILL BE RETURNED TO THE APPLICANT.
